A request until we confirm

Sending the form on this website opens WhatsApp with your trip details. A cab is booked only after we confirm the vehicle, time and fare by phone or WhatsApp. Until then it is a request.

The fare

We quote the fare before you travel. The quote follows the route, cab, date and waiting time you described. Extra stops, a longer wait, a change of drop, or more passengers than you first mentioned can change the fare. We will tell you the difference before the trip continues on the new plan.

The vehicle and the driver

You can ask for a Swift Dzire, Victoris, Ertiga, Bolero, Innova Crysta or Tempo Traveller. The Tempo Traveller is for up to 12 passengers besides the driver. A driver stays with the vehicle for the whole booking.

Tell us how many people are travelling and how much luggage you have, so the cab we send can carry the group.

Pickup

Please be at the pickup point at the agreed time and keep your phone reachable. If a train or flight is late, tell us as soon as you know. We will say whether the driver can wait and whether that changes the fare.

Changes and cancellation

Call or WhatsApp as early as you can if you need to move the time, change the route, or cancel. We will confirm what is possible. Closing this website does not cancel a trip. Only a call or WhatsApp message reaches us.

The pages describe our usual service in Satna and nearby towns. Photos of places are for the routes we drive. They are not a promise that a particular sight is open on your travel day.

Disputes

Any legal dispute about a payment, a booking, or anything else connected with SiyaRam Taxi will be filed in the District Court at Satna, Madhya Pradesh.
